MECHANICAL STRUCTURES

Quadrant is able to offer a comprehensive Mechanical Structures service from design through to construction, assembly and installation. This capability includes not only our Projector Mounting Kits but also extends to any other Full Flight Simulator mechanical structure, however simple or complex.

Previous work has included the design, construction and installation of:

• Hydraulic Drawbridges
• Drawbridge interface structures
• High level walkways and safety barriers on top of Flight Simulators
• Significant chassis modifications to accommodate larger format visual systems
• Internal re-design and re-build to facilitate additional crew positions
• Internal re-design and re-build to facilitate new capabilities such as larger IOS screens
